Jess Britt (she/her) has more than a decade of experience working and leading in small- and mid-size non-profits and a large, public international development consulting firm. She grew up in Vermont and has deep roots in the Burlington area where she spends about half of her time in community with family, friends, and colleagues. The other half of the time she is based in Boston, MA where she spent more than 7 years co-building an internal Research & Evaluation practice (team of 2 to 10) within a rapidly scaling national workforce development program (15 to 30+ campuses).
As an independent consultant, she leverages her expertise in research and program evaluation, people management, coaching, facilitation, and strategic planning to help senior leaders bridge the gap between research and practice as they develop strategic plans, impact measurement plans, data-driven organizational cultures, and the people leadership and management skills needed to achieve their goals.
